This website describes our services and lets you submit an enquiry or booking request. Nothing on it forms a binding contract for laundry services until we confirm your booking directly.
All laundry and dry cleaning work is subject to our booking terms and conditions, which are provided at the point of booking confirmation. Where those terms and these Terms of Use differ on a service matter, the booking terms take precedence.
Prices shown on this website are indicative and confirmed at the point of booking. Final pricing depends on the actual weight, item count and service selected. Surcharges — such as the express turnaround fee — are always disclosed before you commit.
BrightWash Pro is not liable for pre-existing damage, colour bleeding, shrinkage or wear that results from the fabric's own limitations or from a manufacturer's care label being absent, incorrect or illegible. Where an item carries particular risk, we will tell you before proceeding wherever it is reasonably possible to do so.
Please notify us at the time of booking about allergies, delicate fabrics, or any item requiring special handling.
Any claim for a lost or damaged item must be raised with us within 48 hours of delivery. This allows us to investigate while records and the item itself are still traceable. Claims raised after this window may not be able to be resolved. We carry insurance on items in our care and will handle valid claims in line with our booking terms.
You may cancel or reschedule a collection free of charge up to four hours before your booked window. Cancellations inside that window may incur a call-out fee, which we will confirm before charging.
