BrightWash Pro started with a simple observation: in a city where a one-bedroom flat rarely comes with space for a decent washing machine, and where a Saturday is worth defending, laundry had become a genuinely disproportionate burden.
The existing options weren't great. Launderettes meant sitting somewhere for two hours. High-street dry cleaners meant two trips at inconvenient hours. And the app-based services that appeared were fast but frequently careless — garments returned creased, orders mixed up, nobody to speak to when something went wrong.
So we built the service we wanted to use ourselves. Proper collection and delivery, a facility where things are sorted by hand before they're washed, pressing that's finished by a person rather than a machine, and a real phone number when you need one.
We're now collecting across every London zone, from single bags of shirts to weekly linen contracts for boutique hotels. The scale has changed. The standard hasn't.
Biodegradable and hypoallergenic products on every wash, as standard, at no extra cost. Fragrance-free available on request.
Machine pressing gets you most of the way. The last ten percent — collars, cuffs, lapels — is finished by hand, every time.
Every item is tagged against your booking from collection to delivery, and we carry full insurance on everything in our care.
Two-hour windows we actually keep, with a message when the driver is on the way. Late arrivals are the exception, not the routine.
