We do not collect payment card details through this website. We do not use advertising or remarketing trackers.

2. Why we process it

To arrange, schedule and fulfil your laundry collection and delivery
To respond to enquiries, quotes and business account requests
To contact you about an active booking, including driver arrival updates
To handle any complaint or claim relating to your order

We will not send you marketing communications without your explicit consent.

3. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of performance of a contract (fulfilling your booking) and legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and running our service). Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

4. How long we keep it

General enquiries where no booking is made: retained for up to 12 months, then deleted.
Booking and transaction records: retained for up to 3 years for accounting, insurance and legal purposes, then securely deleted.

5. Who we share it with

We use a small number of third parties to run our service:

Web3Forms — processes submissions from our website forms before they reach our inbox. See web3forms.com for their privacy policy.
Delivery partners — where a collection or delivery is carried out by a partner driver, they receive only the name, address, contact number and booking reference needed to complete the job.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone for marketing purposes.

6. Cookies

This website stores a single preference in your browser to remember that you have dismissed the cookie notice. We do not use analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
